The Embassy of Sri Lanka, together with the Sri Lankan business community in China, is participating in the 11th “Colourful World” Cultural Exhibition and Exchange Event from 09 to 13 September 2026. The event is a flagship event of the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing Municipal Government of the People’s Republic of China. Sri Lanka’s participation in the exhibition is focused particularly on promoting Ceylon Tea and traditional Sri Lankan handicrafts.

The Chargé d'Affaires a.i., Embassy of Sri Lanka, Beijing, together with officials of the Embassy, participated in the Opening Ceremony of the Exhibition on 09 September 2026 and engaged with participants and media.
