On invitation, most Venerable Wewabaddhe Suneetha thero visited Poland from Italy to conduct the Dhamma programme, commencing the first of a series of such programmes to be held in Poland at the Embassy premises in Warsaw.

The event commenced with the observance of religious rites, followed by the Dhamma Deshana, which was listened to with devotion by the attendees.

Blessings were conferred on the devotees present and blessed ‘pirith nool” tied.  Merit was also passed on to the deceased and all living beings. Pirikara were presented to the Venerable priest by those present.

A Bakthi Gee presentation by the Sri Lankan community followed, and the spiritual programme concluded with a chickpea Dansala for the devotees.
