செயலாற்றுகை மீளாய்வு மற்றும் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தல் பிரிவு

The Performance Review and Implementation Division, established in January 2023, has been tasked with carrying out the following functions of the Ministry:

  • Preparation of the Ministry’s Annual Action Plan in accordance with Public Finance Circular No. 02/2020 dated 08 August 2020, in coordination with all divisions of the Foreign Affairs Section, as well as the Foreign Employment and Tourism Sections and submission of the compiled repot to Auditor General.

  • Preparation of the Ministry’s Annual Performance Report in accordance with Public Finance Circular No. 02/2020 dated 08 August 2020, in coordination with all divisions of the Foreign Affairs Section, as well as the Foreign Employment and Tourism Sections, and submission of the compiled report to Parliament.

  • Preparation of the Ministry Progress Report as of 30 September, in coordination with all divisions of the Foreign Affairs Section, as well as  Foreign Employment, and Tourism Sections, and submission of the compiled report to the Office of the Leader of the House of Parliament for the Budget Debate.

  • Preparation of the Strategic Plan for 2025–2029 and the Annual Action Plans for each year from 2025 to 2029 for the Ministry’s Foreign Affairs Section, aligning with the commitments identified in the National Policy Framework “A Thriving and Beautiful Life.”

  • Preparation of a number of monthly and quarterly reports as instructed by the Presidential Secretariat, including reports on Capital Budget allocations.

  • Handling the functions of the Emergency Response Unit of the Ministry.
