The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Jordan participated in the annual Diplomatic Bazaar that was held at the Al Hussein Sport City in Amman, recently.
Around 35 varieties of Sri Lankan products, ranging from coconut products and cosmetics to handicrafts and tea were displyed at the Sri Lankan stall at the Bazaar.
Many Jordanians, including Princess Basma Bin Talal, paternal aunt of King Abdullah of Jordan visited the Sri Lankan booth. Other nationals based in Jordan and businessmen interested in establishing trade links with Sri Lanka were among visitors to the Sri Lanka stall.
