On 06 November 2018, the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Stockholm, celebrated Deepavali, the Hindu Festival of Lights, at the Sweden Ganesha Temple in Farsta, Stockholm.
The Staff of the Embassy, together with the Hindu Community in Sweden participated in the special Pooja conducted at the Sweden Ganesha Temple. The Embassy sponsors the special Deepavali Pooja conducted each year at the Ganesha Temple.
