On February the 1, 2019 Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation H.E. Dr. Dayan Jayatilleka and Madame Sanja Jayatilleka paid their second visit to the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Today the guests were received by Professor Glenn Diesen, Doctor of Social Sciences with PhD in Politics and International Relations, who is reading lectures on the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs and is an internationally respected expert on the Greater Eurasia concept. He has published extensively on this topic as well as ‘Neo-Modernity’.
Ambassador Jayatilleka and Prof. G. Diesen had substantive discussion on the global shift towards East, economic development, cooperation and performance in the region, and process of contemporary globalization.
