Police Clearance Reports issued by the Police Headquarters

• All the Police Clearance reports should be made on the format of Police Headquarters and any other documents in letter heads will NOT be accepted.

• Applicant’s name, National Identity Card number, Date, mailing address, the period covered by the Police Clearance report, signature of the authorized officer of the Police Headquarters and his official seal should be clearly and correctly indicated in the Police Clearance Report.
