  •  For the Attestation of Judicial documents original copies of the documents should be produced, all of which should be certified by the registrar of the relevant judiciary. Attestation will be effected only after the facts contained in the document are substantiated by the relevant judiciary.
  • Divorce certificates will be attested only on Decree Absolute if the Decree Absolute is issued. However, Decree Nisi also should be produced in this office. Please note that only Decree Nisi will NOT be accepted for attestation.
  • Time taken by the relevant judiciary is out of control of this institution and hence inquiries regarding the delay may be made from the judiciary concerned.
