Assistance to obtain Police Clearance Certificate from Foreign Countries

Eligibility:  Sri Lankan Citizen who has previously lived in Foreign Countries

The arrangements are made to obtain the Police Clearance Certificates [PCC] from foreign countries mainly Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan,  Bahrain, Oman, Thailand, Nairobi and Israel according to the requirements of respective authorities.

Bahrain

1. A written request from the applicant
2. Duly filled application (will be provided) with original finger print
3. One passport size photograph in white/ash background
4. Copy of cash receipt for one Bahrain dinar or three (3) USD paid at the Foreign Ministry/Sri Lanka
5. Present passport copy and old passports copies
6. Copy of previous residence permit (CPR) and re-entry visa
7. Letter of Authorization to Sri Lanka Embassy in Bahrain

Jordan

1. A written request from the applicant
2. Finger Print Impression Report attested by the Foreign Ministry Sri Lanka
3. Copy of current passport attested by the Foreign Ministry Sri Lanka
4. Copies of previous Passport if any along with visa pages
5. Two Passport size photographs in white background
6. Any other document of proof that you have been in Jordan.
7. Duly filled application (will be provided)

Kuwait

1. A written request from the applicant
2. Finger Print Impression Report attested by the Foreign Ministry /Sri Lanka
3. Copy of current passport attested by the Foreign Ministry/Sri Lanka
4. Copies of previous Passports if any along with visa pages
5. Four Passport size photographs in blue background
6. Any Other document of proof that you have been in Kuwait.

Lebanon

1. A written request from the applicant
2. Dully filled application Form (will be provided)
3. Copy of the new passport
4. Copies of previous Passport if any along with visa pages
5. Finger Print Impression Report attested by the Foreign Ministry Sri Lanka

Oman

1. A written request from the applicant
2. Duly filled application Form (will be provided)
3. Finger Print Impression Report attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sri Lanka
4. Copy of the current passport attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sri  Lanka
5. Copies of previous passport if any along with visa pages
6. Four Passport size photograph
7. Any other document of proof that you have been in Oman
8. Copy of the cash receipt for OMR 39.400 paid at the Foreign Ministry Sri Lanka

Saudi Arabia

1. A written request from the applicant (In English)
2. Finger Print Impression Report attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sri Lanka 
3. Copy of current Passport attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sri Lanka 
4. Copies of previous Passport if any along with visa pages
5. Four Passport size photographs
6. Any other document of proof that you have been in Saudi Arabia

Thailand

1. A written request from the applicant
2. Dully filled application Form (will be provided)
3. Finger Print Impression Report attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sri Lanka   and the Royal Thai Embassy in Colombo
4. Certified Copy of the present passport
5. Copies of previous Passport if any along with visa pages
6. Two Passport size photographs (2 inches)
7. Copy of the cash receipt for 100 baht paid at the Foreign Ministry Sri Lanka
8. Certified copy of Work Permit

The assistance will be provided to obtain police clearance certificates from Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Maldives, Qatar and Seychelles, Japan and other countries upon request
